Sales Coordinator – F&B (B2B) Chinese or Spanish
From Fritz&Muller, we are currently partnering with a leading Ingredients company in the search for a Sales Coordinator – Beverage Ingredients (B2B) to support its commercial operations across the Middle East & North Africa.
Salary: AED 5,000 monthly (all inclusive)
Location: Dubai
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day commercial and coordination support to the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
- Ensure timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Zoho), including leads, opportunities, and projects
- Track and manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and reporting accuracy
- Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring compliance with commercial terms
- Monitor order status and proactively identify risks or delays
- Maintain and update customer and supplier databases, including onboarding new clients
- Track ongoing projects, including sampling, approvals, and key milestones
- Generate reports and provide insights on pipeline performance
- Manage selected smaller accounts, supporting negotiations and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or commercial support
- Previous experience in a B2B environment (mandatory)
- Experience in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva
- Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Fluent English and Chinese or Spanish language
