Sales Coordinator – F&B (B2B) Chinese or Spanish

From Fritz&Muller, we are currently partnering with a leading Ingredients company in the search for a Sales Coordinator – Beverage Ingredients (B2B) to support its commercial operations across the Middle East & North Africa.

Salary: AED 5,000 monthly (all inclusive)
Location: Dubai

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day commercial and coordination support to the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
  • Ensure timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Zoho), including leads, opportunities, and projects
  • Track and manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and reporting accuracy
  • Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring compliance with commercial terms
  • Monitor order status and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier databases, including onboarding new clients
  • Track ongoing projects, including sampling, approvals, and key milestones
  • Generate reports and provide insights on pipeline performance
  • Manage selected smaller accounts, supporting negotiations and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or commercial support
  • Previous experience in a B2B environment (mandatory)
  • Experience in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva
  • Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Fluent English and Chinese or Spanish language
