Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Tracking: Manage the customer journey from inquiry to final delivery using SAP.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed client records and commercial opportunities in Salesforce.
• International Communication: Professional-level fluency in English and French for daily operations.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage specific documentation for the food industry, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and finance to streamline global processes.

Requirements

• Languages: Advanced/Bilingual English AND French (Mandatory).
• Experience: Background in the Food Ingredients industry is a significant advantage.
• Tools: Mandatory experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Back Office: Solid experience in commercial back-office environments.
• Commute: Own car required for office access.
