About the Role Fritz&Muller is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a major global player in the food industry. Based in the logistics heart of Europe, you will manage complex international accounts, requiring a deep understanding of the ingredients market and mastery of the English and French languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage order follow-ups and logistics documentation for high-volume accounts across Europe.
- System Management: Ensure data accuracy within SAP and manage client relationships through Salesforce.
- Multilingual Support: Handle all correspondence and negotiations in English and French.
- Administrative Excellence: Control documentation required by international authorities and clients.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve delivery or quality incidents efficiently.
Requirements
- Languages: Advanced/Bilingual English AND French (Mandatory).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Food Ingredients sector is highly preferred.
- Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is essential.
- Back Office Background: Strong experience in administrative back-office functions.
- Logistics: Possession of a car and valid driver’s license to access the facility.
