Application Specialist Natural Colors
The Application Specialist in Natural Colors plays a key role in driving the growth of our natural color line through technical expertise and comprehensive support in color solution applications. This includes understanding the full portfolio of natural pigments and formulations, supporting global teams with color selection, conducting stability and application studies, and continuously updating internal databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide support to internal teams and clients in colorant applications, organizing trainings, demonstrations, and conducting stability studies across various applications.
- Understanding the nature of all natural pigments and corresponding color formulation
technologies, knowledge combined into suitable color solution applicable for certain food
matrix,
- Having the knowledge on complete color portfolio of formulated products – suitability,
performance and applicability in different final categories
- Application Testing: Collaborate in the development and testing of new color solutions for different end applications, tailoring formulations to meet customer needs.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Generate technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight the effectiveness of color solutions and aid in customer decision-making.
- Laboratory Tasks: Maintain and operate lab equipment, manage color samples, and ensure safety standards compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field, with 1-2 years (Level I) or 5 years (Level II) of experience in color development.
- Laboratory skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English.
