Country Manager A&D LONDON

World-renowned manufacturer and designer of high-end furniture and modular architecture. With worldwide distribution, it has flagship showrooms in major cities such as London, Berlin, New York and Paris, among others.

Responsibilities

In this Country Manager A&D LONDON role, you will lead high-end architectural and furniture planning projects across clients, contractors and A&D in a wide range of contract sectors, from Hotels and workspace/commercial/residential etc....

This is a great opportunity for someone with business development experience and project management skills in the interior design industry to further thrive in a passionate team, innovative company and a noteworthy business.

Identify new fit-out projects and manage new business opportunities through clients, contractors, architects and designers in LONDON in the REAL ESTATE, CONTRACT, Architectures, workspace/commercial, etc. sectors.

Manage existing relationships with clients in London and support their fit-out projects. 

Manage client meetings, training and advice on projects in addition to client/industry information, material samples and quotation requests. 
Also to manage and provide support to customers in LONDON.

Experience and Education

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the habitat sector (Contract or Office
Furniture). Experience in other habitat sectors (home textiles, lighting) will be
valued.
- Minimum education: Degree, with knowledge of architecture and interior design.
- Studies focused on Technical Architecture, Higher Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Decoration, and business development will be particularly valued.
- Knowledge of: sales techniques, negotiation, management, customer loyalty, and achievement of objectives.
- Intermediate/advanced user of Microsoft Office applications: Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience and positioning working with the industry in London, including
architectural firms, interior design studios, real estate companies, contract channels, etc.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in the UK market, especially in London.
- Live in London or be willing to relocate.
