RESPONSABILITIES

• Maximum responsible for the productive process and the factory’s operations.
• Monitoring of the unit's KPI's and reporting to the Range Business Unit Director
• To manage all the areas and resources to optimize the production of the factory and to achieve the Ebitda budgeted.
• Development and control of the implementation of the Strategic Industrial Plan.
• Ensure that the  Industrial Development Plan follows the strategy, investing where and how it has been approved.
• Financial management and monitoring of balance sheets, liquidity, current business and 
  cost development with the existing ratios and analysis tools in cooperation with the 
  analytical tools in cooperation with the CFO.
• Coordinating with the rest of the departments the fulfillment of the PDP (Production Plan) 
  and collaborating in the strategic decision making of the production center.
• Coordinating and supervising the improvement plans (both operational and LEAN) of the 
  production centre in coordination with the rest of the plants.
• Support the coordination of the implementation of new products in production processes.

BACKGROUND

Industrial Engineer.
Lean Manufacturing and tools for continuous improvement.

Technical Knowledge:

CAD
Excel
Lean Manufacturing
Valuable SIX SIGMA
Project Management
SAP (Manufacturing, Logistics, Orders & Maintenance)
Microsoft Projects

Languages: English C1 | German desirable.

Previous experience of at least 5 years in similar position. 
The above can be supplemented with experience and/or training suitable for 
internal promotion.
